Food was cold when it arrived and fish was completely stuck to the box and soggy. Disappointing.

I did order a haggis pudding(fat one) but got the other one instead. I never contacted as by the time it would be sorted the rest of the family would have eaten. It’s not a problem it was eaten anyway but wasn’t as id ordered.

Waited an hour and half,delivery said almost with you on the tracker for almost 50minutes, No answer from restaurant when trying to call. Food was cold and very disappointing when finally arrived.

Pasta was good as always however I was very disappointed with the chips. They weren't very hot, there were a lot of bad ones and the coleslaw was much chunkier and not as nice as normal.

Mushrooms were watery, onion rings were soggy and cold, pakora was poorly flavoured. Food arrived 30 early so no issues there. Very disappointed, will not waste £18 on this again

Never ever get the sauce we ask for and there is no options to add when we choose. Other than that Minerva best chippy around

Ordered two order's 1 hour apart and both were stone cold when delivered, this chip shop is going down hill fast.

Took, well over an hour & when it was finally sent out for delivery, driver didn't come straight here! Cancelled order & expect a full refund

Fish excellent however white pudding was poor - greasy batter and did not taste fresh

My partner’s pizza was delicious and food was lovely and hot when we got it. However, I thought I’d try the gluten free pizza and it wasn’t the best. The dough was soft and chewy, not a great GF option in my eyes, but it wouldn’t stop me from trying some of the other GF options available.
